And by the way, you're the one who needs to re-examine the pictures...

Look at your motor. The VTEC solenoid is up above the radiator hose, right next to the valve cover.

Now look at your buddy's motor and my motor. The solenoid you're looking at is down below the radiator hose, attached to the transmission. It's NOT a VTEC solenoid! If our cars had VTEC, then they would have a solenoid mounted on the head near the distributor, just like yours does.

Like I said, next time, do some research before you open your mouth and make yourself look like a total idiot...

Uh yeah, I saw what you said about me to your buddy with the Integra. You seriously have no clue what you're talking about...

His car doesn't have VTEC, and mine doesn't either. If it doesn't say "DOHC VTEC" on the valve cover then it's not VTEC.

And the comment you made about 95% of B18s having VTEC is completely wrong. The majority of B18s DON'T have VTEC. Only the GSR and Type R have VTEC motors; all the RS, LS, and GS Integras are not VTEC, and there's a lot more RS/LS/GS Tegs out there than there are GSRs and Type Rs.

Seriously, do some research before you open your mouth next time...

Oh, and yes, my valve cover is spray painted. How is that not a custom paint job? It's custom, done by me. That's what custom means, something that's not stock. I have a powder-coated valve cover that was done by a shop too, but I actually prefer the one I did myself, thanks...

Since you don't seem to know jack about Honda motors then I'm guessing your one of those people that pays a shop to do everything instead of working on your car yourself?
